Cognology is a software and online services company with products in the Performance and Talent Management space. The business was established in 1994 to develop Human Resource technology solutions. Some of the projects have included:

• Software design for a $1 billion salary, share and bonus review process.

• Remuneration packaging for a company with more than 23000 employees.
  

• Application support for a large competency assessment and redeployment exercise for over 15000 employees.

• In 1997 the company began a research and development program focused on Employee Performance Management. Out of this R&D program, Cognology have developed two performance management products. The company’s focus is now entirely on this field.

Our products

Cognology Online is an On Demand hosted software product accessed by clients through the internet.

Cognology Enterprise is an intranet solution typically used by larger clients.
